Rental information
Facility rentals for begins at $250.00 an hour plus $150.00 set-up/custodial fee.
Facility rentals include:
- Tables & Chairs: Set-up and tear down for seating to room maximum.
- Silverware, China, & Water Glasses.
- White Linen Table Clothes & Napkins.
- Skirted Tables for the following: Buffet, Cake, DJ, & Gifts.
- Center Pieces: Circle Mirrors, Candle Cones, or Hurricane Glasses.
- Full Bar Service: Two Bartenders.
Decorations
Our facility allows decorations to be brought in upon approval of our event coordinator.
The following items are not allowed:
- No Open Flame Candles
- No Nails or Tacks [for hanging decorations on the walls]
- No Table Confetti

Bar & Catering Services
- All beverages and food must be purchased from the Jester Park Golf Course.
- There is an 20% service charge & 7% sales tax on all food and beverage purchases.
- All credit cards will be charged 3% processing fee.
